  • 40 strategists, engineers, operators
  • Shopify Premier Partner
  • $1B+ annual GMV supported
Operational proof

Numbers from work that shipped.

We don't lead with awards. We lead with launches, migrations, and the kind of operational complexity that doesn't make it into agency reels — but does pay the bills for the brands we serve.
200+
Complex implementations shipped

Replatforms, headless builds, B2B flows, ERP integrations. The work that takes more than a theme.

70+
Merchants supported

From indie DTC through publicly-traded brands. Many retained beyond launch.

$1B+
Annual GMV supported

Across the storefronts and operational systems we've built or actively maintain.

40+
Strategists, engineers, operators

Senior-weighted. No staffing pyramids. The lead who pitched you is the lead in your standup.

4
Legacy platforms we replatform from

Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, BigCommerce, and headless stacks that didn't earn their complexity.

Founded by a former Rogue Fitness ecommerce operator. Built on the ground, not in slides.
Founder story

Built from operational ecommerce experience — not agency theory.

Before MTN, our founder helped scale ecommerce at Rogue Fitness during the early rise of direct-to-consumer commerce. That experience shaped how we approach every project today.

We built MTN for brands that have outgrown basic ecommerce implementations and need a partner capable of solving operational complexity across systems, teams, and channels.

01 Operations first
02 Maintainable systems
03 Scalable architecture
04 Practical execution over trend chasing
What we believe

Opinionated principles, earned in production.

Not values. Operating principles. These show up in every scoping call, every architecture decision, and every standup we run.
01
We optimize for operational simplicity.
Complex systems fail when too many teams own the process. We design the seams between platforms, fulfillment, finance, and CX so each team has clear ownership and the system is legible end to end.
02
Technology should reduce friction, not create it.
We avoid unnecessary architecture and prioritize maintainability. Hydrogen, headless, custom apps — only when the brand actually needs them, and only when we can support them after launch.
03
Design without operational understanding is decoration.
Commerce systems must work for finance, fulfillment, customer service, and merchandising. If the design only looks good in a pitch deck, it isn't done.
04
Enterprise process without enterprise bureaucracy.
Senior operators. Smaller teams. Faster execution. You get the lead who pitched you, in every standup, every sprint, for the life of the engagement.
05
Most ecommerce problems are operational problems.
Inventory, fulfillment, ERP logic, subscriptions, customer accounts, returns, shipping, tax, and reporting all affect growth. The storefront is the easy part. The system is the work.
What we actually solve

Problems framed as problems, not packaged services.

The work isn't "Shopify development." The work is replatforming Magento without losing revenue. Wiring NetSuite into Shopify so finance stops reconciling spreadsheets. Building B2B that operates like B2B, not consumer with a discount code.
01

ERP complexity & integrations

NetSuite, Brightpearl, Oracle, Celigo. The middleware layer most agencies hand off to someone else.

02

Replatforming & migrations

Off Magento, Salesforce, BigCommerce, or a headless stack you regret. SEO and revenue intact.

03

Subscriptions & recurring commerce

Recharge, Stay, Bold, native. Subscription logic that survives merchandising changes.

04

Multi-address shipping & B2B logic

Net terms, purchase orders, company accounts, and shipping logic that actually reflects how wholesale buyers operate.

05

Wholesale & customer accounts

Tiered pricing, approval workflows, MAP enforcement, draft orders, payment terms.

06

Fulfillment & inventory logic

Multi-location routing, geo-aware availability, omnichannel inventory truth.

07

Tax & compliance

Avalara, Shopify Tax, multi-region. The boring work that breaks at scale.

08

Headless simplification

When headless earned its keep, and when you should walk it back. We've done both.

09

Multi-channel commerce

Retail, DTC, wholesale, marketplace. One operational brain across them all.

Platforms we work within

Systems problems require systems fluency.

We deploy and maintain these integrations in production. Not a logo wall. The stack we actually run client engagements on.

Leadership

Senior operators, not staffing pyramids.

The leads who pitch the work do the work. Forty operators across the studio; the ones below own engagements end to end.

How we operate

Enterprise process, without enterprise bureaucracy.

Most agencies that handle complex commerce do it with five layers of project management and a deck for every meeting. We don't.
MTN Haus

The way we deliver

  • Senior operators on every engagement, every day
  • Weekly demos from week one
  • One principal accountable to one client
  • Architecture decisions made by the team building it
  • Direct Slack with the engineering lead
  • Retainer staffing stays consistent post-launch
Most enterprise agencies

How others deliver

  • Senior pitch team, junior delivery team
  • Status decks, not working software
  • Account director, project manager, then the actual team
  • Architecture decisions in committee, not in code
  • Tickets routed through three layers
  • Different team at launch than at scoping
